Though, women are interested towards cosmetic surgery, still they fear surgery as reported in the survey conduced by Cosmetic surgery survey of Great Britain, which revealed that only 4% of women did not have any fear of surgery, and the remaining women feared about the adverse effects of surgery. The main concern of these women towards surgery was fear of getting scaring and infection.

"In the last decade or so, having cosmetic surgery has become as normal as having your hair done and there's no shame in doing it any more. Times have changed since the only option for saggy breasts was to buy a better bra," Grazia's editor Jane Bruton said.
