London-Mandy Davidson, 45, was basking in the happiness of her 27th marriage anniversary, extremely content with two twenty year olds. When she began to suffer hot flashes, she dismissed them as pre-menopausal symptoms.
Actually Mandy was pregnant, but didn’t think so even in her wildest dreams. The weight gain, hot flashes, and back pain, were attributed to symptoms of advancing menopause. At one instance, when she was having lunch, Mandy experienced a chilling pain in the back. Only then, did it dawn on her that she was going into labor.Her husband, obviously shocked said, “I nearly fell to the floor when I found out. It was even more of a shock when the hospital midwives told us at first that it was twins."
The couple has begun adapting to the unexpected changes. Certainly on top of the world, the proud mother said, "I am totally delighted. He's really, really placid - really, good."
