Mamata Banerjee Hospitalized Due to Chest Pain

Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee was admitted to a city nursing home in the wee hours Thursday after she complained of chest pain and breathlessness.

The doctors attending her said the condition of the Trinamool Congress MP, who was allegedly manhandled at Singur in Hooghly district during her sit-in recently to resist the transfer of fertile farmlands to Tata Motors for a car factory, was stable.
