Aggressive Girls Make Unkind Mothers

by Medindia Content Team on Jul 12 2006 9:00 AM

According to a recent study conducted by Sue Bailey, professor of forensic child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Central Lancashire it was found that school girls who bullied their classmates turn to be really bad mothers.

The researcher presented her study results at the annual meeting of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Glasgow.

She said that young aggressive girls also need that extra help like that of their male counterparts.

Mothers who had been disruptive as children should be given proper counseling and the doctors should recommend pre-natal programmes directed at these high-risk expectant mothers.
