Less is more: Remain young by eating less

University of Calgary scientists have unearthed the secret to youthful looks as we age. Simply count your calories, and you will not need to count the wrinkles!!!.

A study conducted on rats has revealed some important findings. The older rats were subjected to diet restrictions, which showed that there was only a 20 % loss of muscle mass and no loss of muscle function. Infact the older rats seemed to have very similar muscle mass of younger rats.
