According to a research conducted by Stephanie Chiuve it was found that a healthy lifestyle drastically reduces the risk of heart ailments.

U.S. researchers stated that patients suffering from blood pressure and cholesterol can benefit if they alter their lifestyle.

It was discussed that middle aged men can reduce their heart problems by 57% if they maintain a proper diet and change their drinking and smoking habits.

But it is good news to these men if they exercise regularly and follow a healthy lifestyle then the risk for heart ailments is reduced by 87%.

She said that healthy habits are to be adopted at any time of the life as it is worth the benefits.
