
Indoco Remedies Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical products and services, today said it has acquired a 100 per cent stake in City-based pharma company La Nova Chem (India) Pvt Ltd.
Following the acquisition, La Nova Chem has become a subsidiary of Indoco Remedies, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

La Nova Chem has a manufacturing facility at Patalganga, Maharashtra for manufacturing bulk drugs and drug intermediates, Indoco added.
The shares of Indoco Remedies were trading at Rs 252.50, up 2.85 per cent at the BSE.
