Using Mobile Phones For 45 Minutes Causes Excitation In The Brain

A new study published in the journal Annals of Neurology, says that radiation emitted from mobile phones excites the neurons in the brain. This is the first study to show that mobile phone affect the brain after years of health concerns over these gadgets.

Italian researchers found in the current study that mobile phones excite the neurons of the area of the brain closest to the phone when used for 45 minutes or more. However this effect is very temporary and corrects itself an hour later, the report said.

It is though that alterations in the activity of the brain cells could affect thought processes or even cause diseases like epilepsy.

But the Italian researchers said it was too early to guess the effects of the excitement caused by mobile phones.
