According to a new study in Britain it is found that fathers-to-be also suffer from postnatal depression and morning sickness.

Hence the new 2006 Pregnancy Book comes to the rescue of expectant parents. It gives first hand information and prepares both the mother and father on the various problem expected during pregnancy such as depression and morning sickness. The book is published by the experts from the Britain's Department of Health.

Men also suffer from problems related to pregnancy such as sleeplessness, indigestion and nausea. According to the book the main reason for all this is increased stress.

Likewise in case of expectant mothers some of them need that extra physical, mental and emotional support when they become depressed and need a lot of extra care.

For men the problem is that they face a lot of stress because their partner is facing the biggest changes and it takes some time to get accustomed to it and hence they suffer from bouts of depression. Therefore it is necessary for them to take care of themselves and take help whenever needed.
