Omega 3 Supplements is Very Essential for the Kids

Omega 3 present in fish oil is found to enhance educational achievements and combat other behavioral problems. The researchers at the University of South Australia said that it has a positive effect on the kids suffering from Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The kids with ADHD responded better to Omega 3 fish oils than to the drug Ritalin.

In Britain also it was found that fish oil is very essential for the kids. Hence the British government plans to introduce fish oil supplements to improve their nourishment. It was found that malnourishment is at its peak among the British kids. Hence they plan to give it to all school going children.
