Ankur Drugs To Raise $16 Mn Via Fccbs

Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd today said it would raise 16 million dollar through the issue Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) to investors.

The company would allot 16,000 FCCBs of 1,000 dollar each to three investors and the bonds would be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, Ankur Drugs informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

DKR Soundshore Oasis Holding Fund Ltd would be allotted 14,000 FCCBs while 1,000 FCCBs would be given to DKR Soundshore Strategic Holding Fund Ltd and Cedar DKR Holding Fund Ltd each, it added.
