In a dream announcement, an American firm has announced its decision to offer unlimited time-off to its staff from January 1.
The web-based event planning company WeddingWire, based in Bethesda, Maryland, employs 98 people and currently gives new employees 16 days of paid leave.

"We just want you to do your job," the Daily Mail quoted Jennifer Harding, director of human resources at WeddingWire as telling The Washington Post.
"If you can do that, why limit the amount of vacation you can take?"
The company asserted that the procedure for requesting time off would work exactly the same as it always has done - employees will send requests for holiday time to their managers for approval.
The firm also insisted that the policy makes sense as it is mostly driven by sales targets and deadlines.
"If you've met your sales goal by the middle of the month, I have no place as a manager to keep you from taking the rest of the month off," Chris Chi, associate director of sales said.
