
Two women, one from Toronto and another from Washington, gave birth to two of the first babies of 2014 and two of the last babies of 2013.
Even though the babies were born just minutes apart, their mothers delivered them in separate years, ABC News reported.

Yaleni Santos Tohalino gave birth on Dec. 31, 2013, to a baby girl at 11:58 p.m., and a baby boy on Jan. 1, 2014, at 12:01 a.m., in Washington's MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
In Toronto's Trillium Health Partners-Credit Valley Hospital, a baby girl was born on Dec. 31, 2013, at 11:52 p.m., and on Jan. 1, 2014, at 12:00:38 a.m., her younger twin sister was born.
