In a tragic turn, an Australian teenager was charred to death in a car – following a fire he and his friend set off to conceal evidence of their breaking in.

A resident called the fire brigade after noticing a vehicle was on fire in the car park of a shopping centre on Guildford Road, Perth, just before 2:00 am yesterday.
Firefighters called in police after finding the body of a 16 year-old boy from Swan View in the car.
Major Crime Squad detectives will allege the accused teen went to the car park with Jamie, where they broke into the car through one of the front doors and took away whatever they could from inside the vehicle.
But while one got away quickly, his mate was incinerated.
"It's a terrible way to die. (It's a) shocking way to meet your end,” Detective Inspector David Bryson said.
