 Training for the Los Angeles Marathon by Eating Food Only from  McDonald's
Joe D'Amico, 36, a long-distance runner from Chicago is preparing for the Los Angeles marathon with a regimen of running and a diet exclusively from McDonald's fast food.

His daily diet consists of "hotcakes and muffin for breakfast, a grilled chicken sandwich and a large Coke for lunch, and a hamburger and fries for dinner".

According to D'Amico, he is not gaining weight because he is running 100 miles every week. Feeling absolutely healthy and in shape, D'Amico wishes to set a new record beating his own personal best of  2 hours and 36 minutes.
