Recent reports have claimed that soul singer Toni Braxton is suffering from breast cancer.
According to the National Enquirer, the ‘Unbreak My Heart’ singer is undergoing radiation treatment and chemotherapy in secret.Braxton reportedly got to know about the disease two months ago, but preferred to keep the news to herself after doctors claimed she'd caught the disease early enough to conquer it.
Hence she decided to continue her ‘Toni Braxton: Revealed’ show at the Flamingo hotel and casino.
The doctors have been pumping an iron concoction into her twice a week to fight the fatigue caused by her chemotherapy.
"Toni is a fighter. She initially thought the worst, but doctors assured her the prognosis for her breast cancer is excellent. She still has moments when she gets upset and she may cry a little bit - but those moments don't last long,” Contactmusic quoted a family source, as telling the National Enquirer.
