The Heart Attack Burger: Brisbane's 'Monster' Creation!

Brisbane's latest creation is what the chef claims is the city's biggest burger, and the dietitians have christened "a heart attack on a plate".

Chef Anthony Swanson, of Cafe 21 at the Treasury Casino, has created Brisbane's biggest burger, which has now become a tourist attraction, with 21 ingredients.

The 21 burger includes a 250gm meat pattie and a new super-sized bun to support its heavy load.

"It's definitely a monster," The Courier Mail quoted chef Anthony Swanson as saying.

"We really just wanted something that would set us apart from the competition and give people another reason to come here. It's our new signature dish," he added.
