The Daily Mail Busts Some Booze Myths

Many things are associated with alcohol. Some of them are truths, while others, mere lies.

According to The Daily Meal, one of the alcohol related myths is that drinking beer gives you a beer belly, as it could be the result of drinking wine, vodka and any other drinks that people consumed, News.com.au reported.

Another classic is that drinking coffee sobers you up, which is totally not true as for that to happen, the body has to metabolise the alcohol but caffeine doesn't speed up that process.

Alcohol also doesn't kill any brain cells.
