 Study Reveals How
Certain personality types are inclined to earning higher salaries as compared to their corporate peers, finds study.
According to the study, which uses the Myers-Briggs test indicator, the more extroverted and judgmental a person is, the more his salary would be, Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The findings have suggested that people who have traits such as determination and rationality succeed in the corporate world because these qualities are seen as assets, and being affectionate or calm will make an individual less likely to land top spots on the business ladder.

Jonathan Bollag, operator of Career Assessment Site, said that the people, who fall under the 'ENTJ' (extraversion, intuition, thinking, judgment) personality type, turn out to be great leaders, as they are charismatic, competitive, and quick-minded.

According to the study, these types of people have high salaries, while people of the INFP personality (introversion, intuition, feeling, perception) have the lowest salary.
