Responding to criticism about the condom distribution program, thought to encourage teen sex, the city’s health commissioner said, "We're not promoting the city, we're promoting safer sex. In New York City and around the country, adolescents and pre-adolescents have sex whether you give them condoms or not."
This application is available for download on the iPhone and Android phones.
