Tera is incorporated with sensors and a configuration of LED
The sensors record pressure and changes in body movements,
and the available information is used to cue patterns in the lights, designed
to guide stance and posture.
An app connects to the mat via Bluetooth, cueing up lights
along the way, 'wired.Com' reported.
The smart map is designed circular in shape so as to
correspond to the natural radius of human motion, facilitating transitions
between poses and keeping up the flow of the practice.
Tera is programmed in such a way as to have utility across a wide range of
activities besides yoga, such as Thai Bo, Pilates, or Zumba.
Tera proves to be equally beneficial in yoga meant for weight control as in
yoga aimed at strengthening back muscles.
Lunar has not yet revealed the price of the mat or when it
will be made available in the market.
