Sleeping Pills Counter-productive for Victims of Insomnia
For all those who have trouble falling asleep on a regular basis , a recent study has discouraged the use of sleeping pills saying that they are of no use and are actually counter productive.
Though hypnotic drugs may provide a temporary solution, in actuality they can give rise to a host of health problems, of which drug dependence  is a big challenge.

Some of the ways to beat insomnia even before it sets in are by adopting good sleeping habits, maintaining a sleep schedule, relaxing before going to sleep, avoiding the television and computer before bedtime. Using the bedroom only to sleep also helps in preventing insomnia.
