Shakira Wary Of Bitter Post-Divorce Duels

Taking a cue from Sir Paul McCartney's high profile divorce, Colombian idol Shakira has drawn up her own pre-nuptial agreement.

The 'Hips Don't Lie' singer has learned a lesson from the bitter settlement, and has asked her fiance, Argentine lawyer Antonio de la Rua, to sign a prenuptial agreement before they marry in September.

The singer has demanded Antonio to relinquish his right to any of her fortune if they divorce in future.

"When you're very much in love, you have plenty of people giving you advice, and none of them wants to see what happened to Paul McCartney happen to her," the New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

Shakira and De la Rua, who have been engaged for 7 years, will wed this September in the singer's mansion located in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
