American lawyer and radio talk show host, Gloria Allred, reportedly has got a secret witness who wants to testify at the hearing of the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline on 17 September.
According to Allred, the witness is "intimidated" and she is very concerned about revealing his or her identity.

A TMZ report, however, says that the website has been told that the person is a man.
Last Tuesday, Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan had informed Judge Scott Gordon that he had a secret witness, but the judge declined to entertain any secret witnesses.
"We don't do secret witnesses," the judge said.
It is now believed that Gloria may also have to hear the same answer from the judge.
