The study also showed that the water has to be consumed on a regular basis to show any benefit.
However, the company's MD Martin Simpson denied that the water is a miracle cure.
"It should be stressed that Deeside water is not a miracle cure and does not prevent all ills,' Scotsman quoted Simpson, as saying.
