Saif Ali Khan and Kapoor Sisters To Star in a Film on Nutrition

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, along with Kareena’s sister Karishma Kapoor, have come together for the making of a film on nutrition titled ‘The Indian Food Wisdom And The Art of Eating Right’.

Mumbai-based celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has directed the film.

The Lesser Known Fruits with High Nutrition Value
Some fruits that are less known to the common man today have hundred times more vitamin C, carotenoids, and antioxidants as compared with those in the well known fruits. These underutilized fruits are highly inexpensive too.

"I am super excited that Kareena, Karisma and Saif are all part of the film. It's a casting coup of sorts," Diwekar said in an statement.

"What is more important is that we are sharing our common belief that eating right, eating local, seasonal, fresh and tasty food is integral to looking good, feeling light and happy. And like Saif often says - happy people are most attractive, not skinny," she added.

Diwekar is a nutritionist who takes care of many celebrity clients.

Richa Chadda and Anupam Kher are also part of the film.
