A charity has urged Brits to get moving and walking after recent figures showed abysmal physical activity levels among Brits.

Statistics show that fewer people are actually walking these days as compared to what was 15 years ago.

There is a fear that as a nation, people are becoming less active and the World cancer research foundation has urged people to take to the streets and break a bad sedentary habit.

Walking helps maintain fat, improves immune system and aids digestion. Walking can cut the risk of cancer drastically.
