A surprise inspection conducted at the Dialysis center in The University of California, Irvine, revealed the unhealthy conditions prevailing in the center.

The dialysis center might stand to lose the medical funding if the conditions did not improve.
As a first step, UC Irvine has hired a new medical director. Staff has been retrained and a new nurse manager has been hired. All equipments have also been serviced.
A plan of correction has been submitted to the California Department of Public Health.
