A new study has revealed how much our lives are influenced by our names and age group.
Half of all Garys and Deborahs are aged 45 to 54, while three-quarters of all Ronalds, Joans, Joyces and Jeans are over 65, the Daily Express reported.

Matthew, Emma, Rachel and Daniel are usually aged 18 to 25 and live in a flat or maisonette with household contents worth 19,362 pounds, according to data from insurer Aviva.

They go for smaller cars and own around half of all Peugeot 106s, Vauxhall Corsas and Renault Clios.

Their older friends aged 25 to 34 still live in flats but are likely to go for a sportier car, with a third of all Toyota Celicas and Ford Pumas owned by this age group.

They will also go further afield on holiday, with four in 10 venturing to Japan.

Those under 35 reckon they're having the time of their life - saying the best age to be is within their age group.
