Online Test to Educate Asthma Patients on Prevention of Serious Attacks
A charity organization in Britain is launching an online test to educate asthma patients on how to reduce their risk of a serious asthma attack.
Known as Triple A: Avoid Asthma Attacks, the test has been developed by Asthma UK and also allows people to check how much of a risk they have of suffering from a serious asthma attack.

The charity organization said that more than 75 percent of asthma-related emergency hospital admissions can be avoided.

“The test is designed to make people take notice and make changes to the way they manage their asthma if they are shown to be at an increased risk of an attack. This kind of test for asthma has never been done before but we're confident it will prove an effective motivator to help reduce frightening and often unnecessary hospital admissions”, the director of research and policy at Asthma UK, Dr Samantha Walker said.
