 Online Help for Mental Health Issues in Oz
The Australian government has launched a new online and mobile-phone based self-help program for anxiety which guarantees positive results within eight weeks.

Developed by Black Dog Institute, the mindhealthconnect program is available for Australians over 18 years of age who will have to enter their symptoms through the online tool which is the used to create a support program including sending motivational tips through e-mails and SMSes.

It is hoped that such a program will help stressed out youngsters get a grip on their mental health.
