The Food Standards Agency has also reported that the company has recalled its products due to the presence of insects and stated that it is not suitable for consumption."We are very sorry that this has happened and would like to reassure parents that we maintain strict standards at our factory and we are committed to providing the highest quality products. We have launched an immediate investigation and we will be taking all necessary steps to prevent this happening again," said Cow & Gate.
Anyone who has the 330g packs of the product with a best before date of September 27, 2016 should return them.
