Soon-to-be-mum Nicole Richie has started taking her diet more seriously and has started to eat healthier food.
Speaking on Good Morning America, the conspicuously skinny socialite told host Diane Sawyer that she is taking 'best care of herself'.

"Do I eat is kinda like an understatement; I eat all the time, especially now. I'm constantly hungry; I'm eating at least every hour. Just like any mother, you want to take the best care of yourself while you're pregnant and I'm definitely eating healthier now," Contactmusic quoted Richie, as saying.
The 25-year-old has dumped caffeine, sushi, alcohol and drugs and has also ensured that everyone around her is adopting the lifestyle.
Even her beau, Joel Madden has given up smoking.
"I had to quit smoking. I was a smoker - a pack and a half a day. That was hard. That was a rough week," Madden said.
