 Milk from Nuts, Quinoa and Grains Found to be Good for Health

Milk is a vital component of our daily food and is loaded with health benefits. Milk has always bee known to boost calcium levels and it is highly recommended to include milk in our diet everyday.

With foods becoming innovative with varied choice available in each type of food product, milk too has joined the bandwagon with plethora of choices. There is ample choice of milk available, if people want to avoid milk from dairy. These days milk is produced from nuts, quinoa and grains.

The benefits to health are also varied depending upon the different types of milk available.

Some cows produce milk containing more A1, a type of protein, while other cows could be producing milk with more A2. According to nutrition experts, low fat milk may have better nutritional benefits with more calcium compared to full fat milk. A2 milk is also known to help patients with gastrointestinal pain and discomfort as well as constipation and diarrhea.

The research into different types of milk and its benefits for health is very much on the priority list for nutritionists, who advice regular intake of milk as the right way to health.
