Math Formula to Help Obese Men Win Over Attractive Females
A new study conducted by a researcher at Columbia University has developed a mathematical formula which shows how much an obese man needs to be worth before he can dream about getting an attractive girl.
The study, conducted by economist Pierre-Andre Chiappori, reveals that both men and women take into account two major factors before getting hitched to the opposite sex. Chiappori reveals that physical and socioeconomic attractiveness play major roles in the eligibility of single male or female and other factors, such as sense of humour or a kind soul, play a very small role.

While men try to compensate for their large belt size with a large enough wallet, women on the other hand tend to compensate by an extra year of education. According to the study, titled “Fatter Attraction”, a man has to compensate for every 10 percent increase in the body mass index (BMI) by a two percent increase in their annual salary in order to compete with their slimmer counterparts in the same date pool.

“Our findings tell us that physical appearance is not such a big deal, and it's easy to compensate for”, Chiappori said.
