A man named Ramesh has suffered severe injuries to his arm after he tried to feed tasteless grass to a caged tiger in a zoo in Hyderabad.

It is reported that Ramesh arrived in the city to search for a job, but first went to the zoo where he tried to feed the tiger. The enraged beast decided to chew on his arm instead and left him with a lot of blood loss.

Doctors of Osmania General Hospital (OGH) opined that Ramesh was drunk when he went to the zoo. “The victim lost almost two litre of blood and he was ghostly pale when he was brought to the hospital. His condition is serious,” said OGH doctor Manohar.

“I just wanted to feed the tiger a handful of grass but the result is that I landed in the hospital with my arm in such a condition,” Ramesh said.

On top of this a case could be registered against him for trespassing at the Nehru Zoological Park.
