Lucky Brit Racks Up Largest UK Lottery Win

A ticketholder in the UK scooped more than 100 million euros in the EuroMillions draw on Friday, the largest ever lottery win in Britain, organisers said.

A spokesman for Camelot, which operates the lottery in Britain, said: "This is absolutely fantastic news -- and the biggest-ever lottery win in the UK.

The total win was a colossal 100,037,101 euros -- the third largest in EuroMillions' six-year history.
