A former bodyguard for actress Lindsay Lohan claims that he prevented her from being arrested when she first met with a road accident while driving under the influence, by reaching at the spot before the police did.
The bodyguard, who worked for Lohan for three years, says that she once drove while drunk after having an argument with her then boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama and lost control over her car.
"Lindsay called me from the top of Mulholland Drive in the middle of the night," Contactmusic quoted him as telling America's In Touch magazine.
The bodyguard then drove the actress, who was charged with her second DUI of the year in Santa Monica, California last month (Jul07), back home.
"I drove her back home before the police arrived and her wrecked car was towed away," he said.
