Law Enforcement Using Social Media: Charges Filed Against Woman Who Drives Car Into Crowd

Nine felony charges have been issued against an East St. Louis woman in an alleged hit and run case.

According to local sources, Moesha Allen fled the scene after crashing her car into a crowd of women. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the U.S. Marshal’s Service at 618-482-9236.
