Reports that the couple might be expecting their first child started circulating after Lopez started wearing loose-fitting clothing for public appearances.

However, representatives of the pair have consistently denied the reports of the 'Wedding Planner' actress being pregnant.

The child will be Lopez's first and her husband Marc Anthony's fourth. He has three kids from previous relationships.
