It has been said that one of the main reasons why mothers are more connected with their children is because they are attached to them even before they are born. Thanks to Huggies now even fathers can experience some of the things that the mothers do through a pair of belts that allows them to feel the babies' kicks and movements.
Huggies teamed up with Argentine ad agency Ogilvy & Mather to come up with the belt as part of a Father's Day digital greeting card.
The belt transfers the motion created by the baby's kicks and movement from the mother's belly to that of the fathers.
However expectant fathers will still have to rely on the age old way of placing their hands on bellies in order to feel the movements of their babies with Huggies' spokesperson stating that there are no plans to convert the belts into a commercial product.
