Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh high court on Monday directed state government to improve facilities for treatment of swine flu patients in all the districts of Indore and Ujjain divisions due to concern over spread of H1N1 virus.
Ajay //Mishra has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and High Court, has issued 11-point direction for dealing with Swine flu in Indore. The court has directed state to take immediate steps for setting up a laboratory for swine flu. Justices SR Waghmare and J K Jain, while hearing another PIL over health division bench directed that the earlier order of HC would be applicable in entire region except setting of lab.

Considering the seriousness of the issue, court observed that situation is very alarming and state government have not taken effective steps to control the spread of H1N1 virus.
