Going ‘Gaga’ Over the “Drunk Diet”

During an interview on Sirius radio , Lady Gaga praised the benefits of daily fitness regimens. While speaking about the secret behind her slim figure, she waxed eloquent about the wonders of a so-called "drunk diet".

"I am on the drunk diet.  I live my life as I want to, and creatively.  I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I am working.  But the deal is I've got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over.  And it's about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired.  I have to say, I do a ton of yoga," she gushed.

Whatever it is, it seems to work well on her. Yet, her interview has drawn flak for promoting something irresponsible. While getting fit and exercising every day is a good idea, having a drink while working out may not be so. And that is the message a celebrity has conveyed to all her fans!
