George Clooney Admits Suffering from Bell's Palsy as a Teen

by Hannah Punitha on Mar 19 2008 6:10 PM

George Clooney has revealed that he suffered from Bell's Palsy as a teen.

Bell's Palsy is a paralysis of the facial nerve resulting in inability to control facial muscles in the affected side.

Clooney reveals that the disorder left him with a temporary disfigured face.

However, when people poke fun at his high school photos, he also has the perfect repartee.

"People bring it up and they go, 'Look how goofy you looked,' and I go, 'I had Bell's Palsy; you feel bad now,'" Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.

The actor recently denied reports that pal Nicole Kidman had asked to him to be godfather to her as-yet unborn child.
