 Ex-Egypt President Mubarak Has Cancer
Hosni Mubarak is suffering from a stomach cancer according to his defense lawyer who said that the former Egyptian President will not be able to stand trial.
Farid el-Deeb pointed out to the latest medical report of Mubarak and said that the cancer is spreading. The latest announcement comes after Mubarak, 83, was placed in custody at a hospital in Sharm el-Sheikh after suffering from heart problems when he was being questioned back in April.

Last month, the public prosecutor said that Mubarak was too ill to be moved from the hospital to prison and said that the former president was suffering from a number of ailments including spells of unconsciousness, low blood pressure and irregular heart beat.

Mubarak’s lawyer added that the former leader was too weak and depressed. “The president has serious heart problems and complications with his stomach from the operation he had in Germany last year. He is generally weak and depressed, and he has trouble getting out of bed without help”, he said.
