Amid a growing epidemic of insomnia, a new survey has found that one in three Brits is suffering from sleep problems.

It revealed that poor sleepers are four times more likely to have relationship problems and three times more likely to have concentration problems.
Sleep deprivation has long been known to cause low moods, poor immunity and heart disease.
"Sleep has for too long been neglected. It is crucial that we now treat the issue as the major public health concern it is," said Dr Andrew McCulloch, chief executive of the Mental Health Foundation that commissioned the study.
