Emotional Video from a Dying Mother to Her Children

An emotional video from a thirty year old mother of two children is now on YouTube, and it poignantly reveals the story of her battle with a severe heart disease with a parting message to her loving family. Her two children, presently too young to understand, may be in a position to appreciate her message in the video a few years later.

Jennifer Johnson was informed of her chronic heart condition after her marriage, while she was pregnant with the first child. She had to undergo a surgery to fit a pacemaker.

In October this year, a wire of the pacemaker needed to be fit as it had become loose and symptoms of her condition came back dangerously. She was told that her days were numbered and will perhaps live just for a few months. The family could also not bear the mounting medical costs. In an emotional moment she decided to make a video of the story of her life and her medical condition, in a bid to raise funds to take care of the children as well as create awareness of heart disease.  

Jennifer died on December 17^th, but before she died, she used flash cards to tell her two small children about the story of her life.

Her aggrieved husband remembers her optimistic spirit and has now released this footage to improve awareness about heart disease and raise some funds to help care for their children.
