 Doing Yoga After Smoking Marijuana Increases Relaxation and Flexibility
A yoga class in San Francisco has blended yoga postures with marijuana in order to increase levels of relaxation and flexibility. This is primarily a meditative or a mental practice.

At Ganja Yoga, students who possess medical marijuana can participate in a 15-minute smoking session before the yoga class. Slow-moving Hatha yoga poses that promote joint mobility and are approachable for different body types are practiced thereafter.
