Do We Really Need This Breast-feeding Doll?

Little girls playing with dolls is a pleasant sight but not many feel the same about the breast feeding doll. Berjuan Toys had introduced the breast feeding doll in 2009 and now there is some fresh controversy about its influence on young minds.

Critics feel that such play items for girls may cause them to grow up really fast or lead to over sexualisation of young girls. This can have a negative effect during their growing years.

While doctors have given the doll a clean chit, parents are still divided in their opinion. Some of the plus points put forth by the manufacturers about the doll, of it inspiring maternal qualities in young girls as well as underlining the importance of breast milk, has not convinced many critics and parents.

The manufacturers of this doll are happy with its sales and popularity in international markets and are all geared up to launch the product in United States.
