The bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, in the year 2015, is planning to create as much mental health awareness among people as she can. She is currently working with an experienced group of doctors to help out people who suffer from depression, panic attacks, anxiety etc.

The actress took this step after she realized that issues related to mental health are relatively common but hardly anything is carried out to curb these issues from our society. Further, Ms. Deepika herself had experienced depression for quite sometime in the previous year, in spite of giving back-to-back hits because of which the issue is much personal to the actress. In spite of having a tight schedule for the year, she has been presently working for such a cause in the last three months.
